Women Self-Defense

The self-defense event for women aims to raise awareness of the protection of the rights and security of all women around the world - regardless of where they live.

This special day also raises global awareness and emphasizes the importance of empowerment and self-protection.

Unfortunately, we live in a world where crime and violence are violent. Violent crimes against women are not only very common, but should not be tolerated either. Worldwide, thousands of women have come together to receive education in empowerment, awareness, personal safety and self defense.

There will be martial arts coaches discussing personal safety, training, security awareness and teaching simple yet effective self-defense techniques - so please come dressed in loose, comfortable clothing. Our coaches have important credentials in numerous and devastating martial arts, including, but not limited to, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; Muay Thai; American boxing; and kickboxing.
